Day 1 :
Colombo Airport – Negombo
Welcome to Sri Lanka. At the airport, you will be greeted by our guide. He will take you to Negombo, a romantic little coastal town with wide sandy beaches and a safe coastal area. You can enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at a Negombo selected hotel.
Day 2 :
Negombo – Muturajawela - Anawilundawa – Wetland Sanctuary
Early Morning leave for a Bird watching session at Muthurajawela Bird Sanctuary. Come back to the hotel for a late breakfast and leave the hotel.
Checking into the hotel – Lunch Optional
Afternoon leave for a Bird watching session at Anawiludawa Bird Sanctuary. Come back to the hotel
This tour offers sightings of some 75 bird species, including purple herons, cormorants, kingfishers, crocodiles, monkeys, and even some rarely seen otters. Among the total vertebrate species documented, 17 are endemic, while 26 are nationally endangered. Overnight stay at a Chilaw selected hotel.
Day 3 :
Chilaw – Sigiriya
Morning Bird watching session at Sigiriya Bird Sanctuary. Come back to the hotel for a late breakfast

Afternoon Bird watching session at Sigiriya Bird Sanctuary
This is generally unknown outside of bird-watching circles. Indeed, there are over 150 species of birds known to inhabit the sanctuary. A total of 20 species of mammals have also been recorded here, including the Toque Monkey, five threatened species of Slender Loris, Rusty Spotted Cat, Fishing Cat, and the Indian Otter. 74 species of butterflies are also known to breed here. Then proceed to Sigiriya, overnight stay at Sigiriya selected hotel.
Day 4 :
Sigiriya - Kandy
After breakfast, leave for Kandy and visit the Spice Garden in Matale,

Then proceed to Kandy and check into the hotel, afterward leave for a bird-watching session at Udawattekele Sanctuary
This forest extends about 257 acres and is considered to be a vital Bio reserve for the much-populated Kandy City. Overnight stay at a Kandy-selected hotel.
Day 5 :
Kandy – Kithulgala - Belilena Cave
After breakfast, transfer to Kitulgala in the evening. Do a bird-watching tour around the Belilena prehistoric cave area. Birds such as Munias, Flower pickers, sunbirds, flycatchers, Mynas, Babblers, Monarchs, Warblers, Prinias, Bul Buls, Wagtails, Drongo’s, Orioles, Leafbirds, Woodpeckers, barbets, Pigeons, Nuthatch, Hornbills, and Coucals can be seen in this tour.
Lunch Optional Overnight stay at a Kitulgala selected hotel.
Day 6 :
Kitulagala – Sinharaja - Sinharaja Forest Reserve
Early Morning bird watching session around Kithulgala. Come back to the hotel for a late breakfast,

Proceed to Sinharaja. Evening bird watching tour at Sinharaja Rainforest. Sinharaja Rain Forest, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage site, is rich in birdlife, with an impressive 147 species recorded to date, and is also the only location where 21 out of 26 bird species endemic to Sri Lanka can be explored. Overnight stay at a Sinhgeraja selected hotel.
Day 7 :
Sinha Raja - Bundala
Visit Sinharaja Rainforest, an Early Morning bird watching session at Sinharaja Rainforest. Come back to the hotel for a late breakfast.

Then proceed to Thissamaharama, overnight stay at a Tissa or Yala selected hotel.
Day 8 :
Bundala bird watching - Bundala birds paradise
Early Morning Bundala bird watching session. Come back to the hotel for a late breakfast
The Bundala National Park is an internationally important wintering ground for migratory waterbirds in Sri Lanka. The water bodies create a good feeding ground for the wetland birds, Migratory birds, & Flocks of hummingbirds, which attract many visitors. Bundala harbors 197 species of birds, the highlight being the Greater Flamingo, which migrates in large flocks. Migratory birds can be found in very large numbers during the migratory period.

Optional – Afternoon Visit Yala National Park for a watching session and nature tour. Overnight stay at a Tissa-selected hotel.
Day 9 :
Tissa - Negombo
After breakfast, proceed to Negombo
Overnight stay at a Negombo-selected hotel and enjoy your farewell dinner at an outside restaurant.
Day 10:
Negombo - Airport
After breakfast, your guide will take you back to the international airport for a safe journey.
